Power Theft 101 - L`ecole

So just recently a news broke that shook the very foundation of a very famous school, famous for more reasons that just studies. It seems that the institution was stealing electricity from our very own KESC for quite a few years, so much so that KESC handed them a bill of Rs 65 million. It seems that the owners of L`ecole were not caught in a scandal, rather they had extensively planned on how to steal the electricity since KESC officials found over 180 feet of underground cable that stole electricity from a main line supplying a mosque. Thats right folks...L`ecole was stealing from a mosque. One begins to wonder what exactly was being taught in that school. Please go ahead and read 29th August 2009, Dawn Metropolitian front page for details on how the owners refused to answer their phones...no surprise since they have a FIR against them and a bill of approx 65 million...Wonder that the students will do now??

  2. this is a complete corruption case on KESC's part. They are obviously trying to use their large financial backing and important high up media connections to take advtantage of institutes as good as schools: one of the few that actually provide education to this extremely ruined country.

its an absolutely ridiculous accusation by KESC targetting such a well reputed school, and it truly shows how corrupt and small minded our country is, and will always be.

    sad...
